Simran Singhi

Simran Singhi is a young talented and promising badminton player who hails from Mumbai. She is currently ranked number 2 in the country in doubles (U-19) and her highest ranking in India in Singles has been 6 (U-17). She has a senior doubles world ranking of 206 which is commendable for a 15 year old. She won the Gold Medal at the National Championships, 2017 in the doubles event in the U-19 category. She also won the Ivory Coast International tournament, 2017 in doubles and was the runner up in the singles event. In 2018 in the doubles event she won the Gold medal at the Senior State Championships and the Bronze medal at the Khatkiv International Challenge in Ukraine. Simran won the Silver medal at the All India Senior Ranking Tournament, 2018 that was held in Bangalore and also represented India at the Asian Badminton Championships, 2018.
